Synopsis
At the end of this course, participants will gain a better understanding of culture and personal risk factors that could compromise worker’s ability and safety (e.g., decreased mental alertness, fatigue, inherent personal health risks uncovered from medical examinations, individual susceptibility to particular health risks). In addition, upstream risk control measures will be emphasized to take into account varying perceptions and behavior. Participants will also know the main changes to the 2015 revision of the Code of Practice on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Risk Management, (“RMCP”).
