Synopsis

Strong workplace risk management begins with a clear implementation plan and a competent Risk Management Champion.

The Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) course by SISO Academy equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to support the risk management process in their organisation. Participants will learn to establish a risk management team, identify workplace hazards, assess risks, recommend suitable control measures and communicate risk information effectively.

Through practical exercises and workplace-based examples, participants will learn how to prepare a structured Risk Management Implementation Plan that specifies the actions required, the responsible persons and the timelines for completion.

This course is suitable for employees appointed as their organisation’s Risk Management Champion. It supports companies in strengthening their workplace safety and health capabilities and progressing on their bizSAFE journey in Singapore.
