Synopsis
A strong onboarding programme lays the foundation for employee success, organisational compliance, and long-term business performance.
The Employee Onboarding & Training Programme is a practical two-day course designed specifically for Singapore Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It equips newly hired employees with the essential workplace knowledge, skills and behaviours required to perform confidently, responsibly and safely from their first day at work.
Participants will gain practical understanding of Singapore's employment practices, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), teamwork, meeting management, cybersecurity, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), information and physical security, and sustainability. Through interactive discussions, Singapore workplace case studies and hands-on activities, learners develop the confidence to apply workplace best practices while contributing positively to organisational culture, compliance and business success.
The programme adopts an adult-learning approach that encourages active participation and practical application. Participants will be equipped to apply Singapore-specific regulations, organisational policies and workplace best practices directly in their daily work.

Programme Description

Each module combines instructor-led learning, discussions, real Singapore workplace examples and practical activities to strengthen employee readiness, workplace compliance and organisational effectiveness.
