Cancellation, Refund, and Ticket Transfer Policy
1. Registration and Payment
All registrations are subject to seat availability and successful payment. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent by SISO Academy to the registered participant once payment has been verified.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
There will be no refunds unless the event is cancelled by organisers. There will be no refunds for participants who do not show up.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to enquiry@siso.org. sg.
3. Transfer of Ticket
To facilitate our administration and avoid misunderstandings, ticket transfers between individuals are not allowed.
4. Event Cancellation
If SISO Academy cancels the event, registered participants will be offered a full refund of the ticket price.
5. Programme Changes
SISO Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, session timings, or event arrangements when necessary.
Such changes will not automatically qualify for a refund, provided the event proceeds substantially as advertised.
