Synopsis
A mistaken mindset and idea of an effective team engagement on employers or management level is related to an employee’s job satisfaction. The actual fact is, empowering employees to be committed to the company and its goals. This course gives participants the basic principles and practices of effective team leadership to help them achieve organizational goals and objectives. In particular, they will develop self-leadership skills and awareness, how to build trust and team spirit, provide meaningful feedback and support, and avoid common leadership mistakes.
