Synopsis
The Graduate Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health is a comprehensive programme designed to equip experienced safety professionals with advanced competencies in workplace safety governance, risk management, safety culture development, and audit programme management. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management Systems, policy formulation, organisational safety leadership, and continuous improvement strategies. Through practical applications, case studies, workplace projects, and industry-relevant assessments, learners will develop the capability to lead safety initiatives, drive compliance excellence, conduct audits, and foster a strong safety culture across diverse industries.
Programme Objectives
Upon completion of this programme, participants will be able to:
• Develop and manage comprehensive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management Systems aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Apply advanced risk management methodologies to identify, assess, and control workplace hazards effectively.

• Conduct WSH audits, compliance reviews, and organisational safety culture assessments to support continuous improvement.
